Boral^® is committed to global environmental stewardship, which is reflected in TruExterior Trim.  TruExterior Trim is the first and only exterior trim product to be awarded a Cradle to Cradle certification. In addition, TruExterior Trim boasts the highest recycled content among all exterior trim products with a SCS Certified minimum 70% recycled content.   Beyond the product itself, TruExterior Trim will be produced in a new state of the art LEED certified commercial facility being built in East Spencer, NC. 

In the U.S., Boral continues the company’s mission of being a sustainability leader by engaging in such areas as: purchasing renewable energy credits, fueling facilities with alternative sources and putting waste water management systems in place at its locations. Plus, Boral is active in both the Climate Registry (a founding member) and the US Green Building Council.
